Large salad
Airport - Egg, turkey and cheese on a bagel, 1(Au Bon Pain),  1/4 of Jason's Aunt Annies pretzel
Airplane - Nuts, nut clusters, granola
Jersey Mike's turkey sub on whole wheat
Trader Joe's dark chocolate pretzels.

Comments - You do your best on these kinds of days.  Could have skipped the dark chocolate pretzels but hey, they were already open.

Odd day due to 7 hour bike ride through/around West Maui mountains

On the bike ride - "breakfast drink", 2 food bars (Pure and Kind), granola
post ride - protein only drink
tuna poke, seaweed salad, oatmeal cookie, pineapple
Salad, grilled opa and mahi mahi, 

Comments - In general, food bars are not optimal but a reasonable choice depending on circumstances.  I will provide lengthy commentary on this in the future.
