Meals, 8/31

Whole eggs over easy and toast
Toast and almond butter
Breakfast drink
Veggie stir fry, navy beans
Tabbouleh, Mark's mush
Nuts
Salad with canned salmon
Veggie juice with protein powder ( scaled down breakfast drink)


Eat Like Mark
"Wag" on the inside Like a dog wags it's tail on the outside...and it will show
