Meals, 8/30

Breakfast burrito
Breakfast drink
Steamed brussel sprouts and zucchini, shrimp
Pesto spinach pasta
Mark's mush
Pesto spinach pasta
Quinoa/Bulgar wheat tabbouleh
Celery/carrots and hummus
Protein drink before bed

Comments- Very imbalanced day- carb heavy, protein light.
