8/6 Vacation Edition

Post workout - protein powder and waterbreakfast drink - grilled snapper - nuts - seaweed salad - papaya
granola - grilled chicken - grilled veggies
tuna poke with avocado - pineapple
grilled mahi mahi - steamed veggies - granola


As you may have guessed by now, leftovers are common
