Breakfast drink
Chicken sausage with hummus, nuts
Apple, nuts
Steamed brocolli, hummus deviled eggs, nuts
Green bean- roasted red peppers
Baked chicken breast and hummus, Akmok and hummus, nuts
Veggie smoothie, sweet potatoe fries

When you are the end of your rope, just tie a knot and hang on!
