Meals, 10/27

Breakfast drink
Toast with almond butter
Butternut squash soup, nuts
Baby shrimp in tomato sauce, steamed broccoli
Ground venison(seasoned) and avocado
Akmok crackers and hummus
Veggie smoothie- all day
Baked chicken, acorn squash, lentil-mushroom soup


Better to light a candle than to curse the darkness
Eat Like Mark
