Breakfast drink, toast with coconut oil and almond butter
Mega salad with added ground venison
Baked chicken, collards, black eyed peas

Apple, nuts
Shredded chicken with black beans, mega salad
Beet salad, nut bar

You don't need to see the entire staircase to take the first step
