Meals, 10/5

Whole egg, toast with almond butter
Breakfast drink
Mark's mush
Dark chocolate covered berries and dark chocolate nonpareils
Salad with cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, sunflower seeds, and canned salmon
Grilled eggplant, chicken and black bean stew

Embrace the change.  Life without change isn't really living.
