Toast with almond butter
Veggie smoothie
Steamed broccoli and zucchini
Ezekial sprouted grain pasta with homemade tomato sauce, nuts

Cabbage and spinach salad with canned salmon
"Red Bowl" - seaweed salad, squid salad, salmon and eel shashimi(no rice)


Congratulate yourself everyday for what have accomplished
