Post exercise protein only drink
Lentil bean salad with boiled egg whites
Nuts
Nut clusters
Spinach/barley/black eyed pea salad, grilled chicken
Salmon patty with hummus, breakfast burrito


Bison burger with guacamole, celery/carrots and hummus
Veggie juice right before bed

Eat Like Mark
