Post exercise protein only drink
Butternut squash soup with nuts
Mark's mush
Grilled veggies
Baked eggplant topped with homemade tomato sauce, Nuts
Breakfast drink with raw milk
Salad with hummus used as dressing
Apple
Mark's mush
Venison taco salad - naked(no tortilla) of course
