Meals, 9/20

Whole egg, toast, toast with almond butter, breakfast drink
Turkey burger with hummus, beet salad, collard and pinto bean salad, grilled eggplant
Nuts
Nut clusters
Mark's mush

Plan for slow and staedy improvement, not spectacular leaps of change. Even the slowest, steady streams of water erode the hardest rocks
