Post exercise protein only drink
Almond butter and toast
Venison chili
Apple
Shrimp in tomatoe sauce, steamed cauliflower
Nuts
Hummus and Akmok crackers
Salad with canned salmon
Breakfast drink
Shrimp with guacamole
Nut clusters, Peach
Popcorn
